Although all standard/express tracked packages are very safe and dependable, we cannot take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Should you wish to insure your package, please email us directly after placing your order and we can organise this at a small extra expense. All our orders are packed with special care using heavy-duty padding and cardboard book-mailers or bubble mailers (for smaller books), using reinforcement where required. We do accept returns (for refund, exchange) for items received in error. No refunds can be made for pick-ups left un-collected.Īll sales are final. Orders will be released back into stock if not collected within this time.
